Hand knit hat worked with two strands of 100 percent acrylic yarn

The pattern starts with two strands of off-white yarn for the ribbing and then changes to one strand of off-white and one strand of light green which causes an irregular pattern to appear with some stitches showing green and some showing off-white.  The pattern then continues with two strands of green to finish with an "elf" point.

The hat is loosely knit so it stretches to fit most heads.
