Large Format Glass Slide (Magic Lantern Slide)

Original slide.  Not a reproduction.   This is a "Victor Animatograph Featherweight Slide" (A single piece of glass in a pressed cardboard frame)  These typically have light streaks on the glass (probably based on the way they were created).

The outside dimensions are approximately 3 1/4 inches tall by 4 inches wide (the image area will be smaller due to the labels and matting.  This size is typically known as an "American Sized" lantern slide.
