DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

In case of personal collection, contact us to schedule a pickup date and time. The item will be handed over after payment is made (once the amount is credited to our account or paid at our location). Any conservation oil treatment and packing will be discussed at the time of handover.

In case of courier shipment, the sign will be treated with conservation oil first and then carefully packed in protective materials to prevent damage during transport.

We use FedEx for shipping. The item is sent within 2-3 working days after we receive payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2-10 business days, depending on the distance. A tracking number is always added to the order details.

Normally, the item is shipped to the address in the order. If FedEx calculates a higher delivery cost than originally charged (this can happen for distant or hard-to-access locations), we will contact you. In that situation, we may ask you for a different delivery address.

Once the package is on the way, the delivery address can only be changed by the buyer, not by the seller. This service by FedEx is charged, and the buyer must pay this fee.

We recommend arranging a direct handover with the courier so you can check the condition of the package immediately and see if there is any damage. If this is not done, the item is assumed to have been delivered without damage.

If the package cannot be delivered (e.g. due to absence or an incorrect address) and is returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may apply. These fees are paid by the buyer.

We cannot provide a lower price here. The listed price already includes the minimum possible amount and fees charged by eBay after the sale.
