Vintage Nancy Drew #9 Sign of the Twisted Candles HC/DJ Blue Tweed 1955

This is a mid-1950s printing (Format 15) identified by the dust jacket listing Nancy Drew titles up to #33 The Witch Tree Symbol.

Binding: Blue tweed boards with dark blue silhouette/lettering. Internal Features: Includes the original 25-chapter text and blue "digger" endpapers featuring Nancy and the man digging. 

The dust jacket has some edge wear and two small tears.  I think the actual book cover is in excellent condition. A child wrote their name and grade inside front cover page. I think the inside pages look excellent with no foxing. Please see all photos.
