This is not a quick cosmetic refresh.
It is a new ground-up build of an Osprey Custom 4x4 OC90 Station Wagon, constructed on a new galvanized chassis and finished with the kind of attention to detail that defines the Osprey philosophy.
The exterior honors the timeless proportions of classic British expedition vehicles: compact, upright, purposeful, and instantly recognizable. But every detail has been sharpened with intent.
The Fuji White body is contrasted by gloss black wheel arches, all-black KBX grille and intake elements, smoked LED lighting, LED halo headlights, black anodized aluminum Optimill exterior hinges, door handles, and side mirrors with puddle lamps, flush rear side Masai windows, tubular side steps, and a slimline front bumper with LED daytime running lights and front A-bar.
The look is clean, confident, and deliberately restrained.
No unnecessary theater.

This OC90 rides on Terrafirma shocks and springs, supported by Terrafirma steering rods and a steering stabilizer for improved control and confidence. A ProTrac aluminum front skid plate adds protection beneath the nose, while 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors front and rear provide modern stopping performance.
Diamond cut Sawtooth alloy wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich T/A KO3 all-terrain tires complete the stance, giving the vehicle a balanced mix of road presence, trail readiness, and confident all-terrain capability.
A NAS-style rear step bumper with a 2-inch receiver adds function at the back, while the tubular side steps, front safety cage, and upgraded exterior lighting reinforce the sense that this OC90 was built to be driven, used, and enjoyed.
Not parked under a cover and whispered about.

Inside, the cabin shifts from rugged utility to handcrafted comfort.
The heated front captain's seats are trimmed in Flaxen Tan leather using a stock-inspired leather pattern with matching thread, creating a warm contrast against the Fuji White exterior and black upper trim. The Mountney dark wood steering wheel, Optimill aluminum interior handles, leather-wrapped interior pull handles, and aluminum HVAC controls package add a refined, tailored feel without losing the vehicle's original character.
A black Alcantara headliner brings a premium finish overhead, while rich black carpeting and a full set of rubber mats keep the cabin usable when the adventure gets less polished.
The dashboard follows a modernized utility layout, integrating familiar classic architecture with contemporary convenience, including air conditioning, front power windows, and a Kenwood head unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, backup camera, amplifier, and a Rockford Fosgate 8-speaker sound system with subwoofer and dedicated subwoofer control knob.
