This scale does not have a model number on it but going through EBay auctions the only comparable model I see is the R47 scale. This scale is in proper working condition and comes with 2 sets of weights ranging from 2 grams up to 50 grams. One set has never been opened and is still in it's factory sealed packaging. 

There is a slight amount of rust underneath. See last pic.
