Up and down shifts use separate, discrete levers, and the brake lever
is completely fixed — so accidental shifts are a thing of the past.
External cable routing is easy to replace and avoids kinks.

Smooth, predictable front shifting with strong, stiff mounting hardware.

3. R8 Rear Derailleur 8-Speed Short Cage - RD-R32S
Same kinematics as the higher R9 / R10, built with steel and composite
for great reliability.
