The product is an antique wooden tin live catch mouse trap with a gravity treadle lever, designed to be humane for catching mice. This is in a used condition with signs of age and prior use. Has scratches, nibble marks, stains, and rusting in places. I do not see any brands or maker marks. The hook on the back to lock the lid in place can fall off, but can also be easily put back on - see photos for various descriptions.

Most likely from the late 1800's to early 1900's time period.
