This is a classic fisherman's smock style top.  Can be made with the 70s big collar, with a standing collar or totally collarless.  Made sleeveless with bands or in other lengths.  There is a front bib style insert which can be made in contrast fabric, embellished or finished with a tie.  A nice loose shape which will be flattering and ideal for wearing over a jumper or skinny top.
