Seems to work fine. Probably needs wound up again. I was sitting here watching tv a couple hours after messing with it and the alarm went off! Its got some scuffs, needs maybe a paint touch up if you want. See pics for condition. I looked at others listed and mine seems to be missing a piece near the bells to hold the ringer. I dont think that's a big deal just pointing it out.
