This listing is for a Vintage 1990'S HBO Mini Series "To Earth To The Moon" Saturn V Launch Vehicle Series Prop Starring and Produced by Tom Hanks!! The rocket comes with a base that has a plaque on it (it hasn't been adhered to the base, so it is not attached).
