Set of 2 vintage 1940s 50s barkcloth curtain panels. Lovely dark green background with pretty garden scenery of cherub fountains and arches in yellow, pink and gray. They measure 24” wide at the top and are currently 77” long; they have been pinned up at the bottom roughly another 9”. There doesn’t appear to be any wear marks where they were pinned. There is printing on the selvedge that I can’t make out. Good condition, as found and have not washed. They do have an old home smell as they were pulled from their original windows. I spritzed them with vodka and set them out in the sun and the smell improved but it is still there.
