Important Safety Notes
  1. Only use the included dedicated 54.6V designed for this HA193 battery pack. Mismatched voltage will permanently damage the battery.
  2. Avoid deep full discharge; recharge battery when capacity drops to 20% to extend lifespan.
  3. For long-term storage over 1 month, charge battery to 60% capacity and store in cool, dry ambient conditions.
  4. This battery is engineered solely for 48V e-bike electrical systems. Do not connect to 36V or 60V motor controllers.
Warranty
12-month manufacturer warranty applies for all Haniwinner HA193 battery packs. Free repair or replacement available for verified factory quality defects under normal operating conditions.

Calculated from the receipt, we will provide warranty service for normal use within 12 months without man-made damage, and the battery fails for no reason.
Note: The following conditions are not covered by the warranty
  1. Damage to the battery caused by the use of non-original accessories
  2. Failure to protect or inadvertently enter water on rainy days
  3. Damage caused by violent use or violent destruction
  4. Damage caused by irresistible factors such as traffic accidents, natural disasters, wars, etc.
Slight scratches on the battery are not a product quality problem. If the buyer minds, please place the order carefully. After receiving the goods, if the battery is not used, if you apply for a return for this reason, it will be handled as "return without reason".
If the package is obviously damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to sign for it. If there is damage, the buyer still signs for the package by default. The buyer is responsible for the loss caused by the buyer, please pay attention!
