Brand new, never worn YSL black boot high heels. They are a size 38. They were too small for me as I am a usa size 8. They would definitely fit a 7 to 7 1/2 but if you are an eight they would be too small. I have the dust bag for them, but I threw the box out. That is why I was unable to return them. They are in perfect condition.
