DESCRIPTION

Our Process
All our devices have undergone individual diagnostic tests via PhoneCheck software by our specially trained technicians and are checked for financial blacklist and if reported as lost or stolen. All our devices will have 80% and above battery health. All devices have been tested for full functionality 

Very Good - This product is in very good cosmetic condition, there will be signs of wear which may include light scratches and/or scuffs but nothing that will impair functionality. Battery health will be a minimum of 80%. The item has been fully tested, restored to factory settings and is in excellent working order. 

Shipment
All our devices are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD for fastest delivery. The devices are packaged in our non-branded boxes with foam inserts. Included with the device will be a USB to Lighting cable / USB C and a SIM pin tool unless the device is faulty then it will be device only.

Unwanted OR Unsuitable. If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products.

All returned items must be in their original unspoiled packaging and in a resale-able condition.

If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in a unbroken and in a resale-able condition.

Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and becomes null and void through damage caused by the buyer.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the contact us option and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until you receive confirmation from us as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.

All items are shipped same day if ordered by 3pm. We aim to have most items delivered next day using either DPD or Royal Mail.
