X Marks the Spot is a 1931 American Pre-Code crime drama about a hard-boiled newspaper reporter who becomes personally involved when his own brother is murdered by gangsters. Determined to find the killers, he teams up with the police and uses his street smarts and underworld connections to track down the responsible gang.
