Overall this item is in very good working condition. It comes with the original box the original cord and the original instructions. It is missing one piece of the styrofoam from inside the box. The only issues with this are as follows. There is one piece of the base that is broken off but the piece will be included for you to be able to fix it if you wish. And then also there are three figures that have come loose in their rides and all three of those are also pictured but they still sit in their respective spots as they should but you can glue them back if you wish. Other than those few issues the item is in very good condition. All the lights in the music work as it should and the item goes up and down as it should as well.
