The book has some discoloration on the back cover top right corner.  Otherwise the book is in pretty good condition and shows little to no wear.  See picture for more details.  Awesome book for your collection.

Grading is subjective and somewhat of an art rather than a science. I follow Overstreet Grading Guide standards and have been in the business of buying and selling comics for a long time.  I do my best to give an accurate grade and I am pretty strict.
