Original lot of 4 Kodachrome 35mm color slides, dated 1959.

An exceptional group of photographs documenting the Zagrebački Velesajam (Zagreb Trade Fair), one of the most important international trade exhibitions in post-war Europe and a major meeting place between East and West during the Cold War.

The slides show the USA Pavilion, exhibition halls, interior displays, international visitors, and heavy industrial machinery exhibited at the fair. Visible American flags and the prominent "USA" pavilion signage highlight the international character of the event.

The photographs provide a fascinating visual record of technology, commerce, architecture, and international relations during the late 1950s.
