For sale is a PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD "THE EAST WIND" vintage RIVAROSSI HO Scale DINER PASSENGER CAR in NEW condition NOT in the original box, no wheel wear. ROAD #4238, MFG# 48321. Box is in good shape with shelf wear, plastic liner is in good shape, cellophane window is good as well. Will ship to USA ONLY. Buyer pays calculated shipping.

The IHC (International Hobby Corp.) "East Wind" dining car, carrying car number 4238, was produced between 1992 and 1996.

​The model was manufactured in Italy by Rivarossi, who used their 1930s smoothside dining car molds and custom-painted them in the distinctive canary yellow and silver "East Wind" livery for IHC to import into the United States.
