The TMNT Footcruiser Vintage 1989 Playmates action figure is a rare find, featuring a Ninja character from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. There is a small tear in between the seal tape pieces on the back as well as a front lower left dent very small and a very minimal curve on the top right but still think this would grade good
