Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt, the products must be resaleable (new condition in their packaging). Returned cosmetic products must be encapsulated, sealed and in no case have been used in order to preserve hygiene rules in accordance with Ebay rules. If these conditions are not respected, the products cannot be refunded to you. Underwear will not be returned or exchanged. return costs will remain your responsibility.
