2 Hanging Flower Baskets (which you attach to the front of the building)

1 Merchant Sign (which you attach to the side of the building) 

1 Figurine of a Mother/Daughter enjoying tea at a table

1 cord for light (tested and works) but you need to add a replacement bulb 

--all comes in the original gift set box (showing some wear) and original styrofoam packing.

Previously owned item - NO chips, cracks or repairs - colors are bright and clear!  Original Box is showing some wear.  Overall, set is in Excellent Condition!
