Vintage 1993 die-cast metal collectible, never opened — still factory-sealed on the original blister card. From the Shining Time Station / Britt Allcroft line, licensed by Quality Family Entertainment, Inc.

Oliver is the green Great Western Railway tank engine, numbered 11, with the classic GWR crest on the side tank.
