Grading:
We use Goldmine grading scale for our records
Mint: Record is in perfect condition.
NM or “near mint”: Record is in almost perfect condition, shiny with no visible defects, no writing, no surface noise when played, free of creases or ring wear.
VG+ or "very good plus": may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or scratches that do not effect sound when played. Minor signs of handling, very light ring wear or discoloration.
VG or “very good”: Obvious flaws, lack original gloss, groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches that are deep enough to feel with a fingernail. Surface noise and some scratches will be audible, but will not overpower the music otherwise.
G/G+/VG- or, “good, good plus, very good minus”: Record will still play through without skipping, significant surface noise and groove wear, label is worn, significant ring wear, writing, damage caused by stickers or tape.
P/F or “poor/fair”: Record is cracked, warped, or skip when tried to be played.
