Used Emco Anderson storm door mortise set. Solid Brass. We replaced these on a condo unit several years ago and saved all of the hardware. There is everything including instructions in the box. They show age and need to be polished or if you are just looking for a quick replacement lock you don't care is tarnished these will work. I have 3 available and each bid is for one. See pictures.
