Available to you in this listing is one of the most unknown, rarely-seen, OLDEST pieces of U.S. Pokemon memorabilia.

I was mailed this VHS videotape around 1998, I believe as a consequence of my Nintendo Power Subscription.

It's essentially a long, charming advertisement for this new concept called "Pokemon" that's "taking over America".

It has been viewed twice, is single-owner and in excellent condition. The tape was just tested (I had to take the old TV with built-in VCR out of my closet for this, amusingly), it works, looks great, and was rewound. The box has some slightly worn edges, please see the photos.

I've never seen this item "in the wild" in the 27-28 years I've owned it, and listings on Ebay have been extremely sparse. I don't think most Pokemon collectors are even aware of its existence. Here is your chance to own this awesome vintage item!!
