Binding is generally, clean and strong; contents are generally clean; a leaves with damage including a small chip to the half title; and one of the explanatory leaves that accompany each plate is heavily worn; two plates with darkening from acidic paper being laid in; minor tideline to the bottom margin of the last 20 plates and explanatory leaves; the final folding plate is mounted on linen (as issued?) and in very good condition.
