Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part).
Freight Shipping
• Large items such as, but not limited to, engines, transmissions, quarter panels, doors, bumpers, exhaust systems, headliners, axle assemblies, seat assemblies, cradles, etc. will be shipped via freight.
• All freight orders will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared and all required delivery information has been provided. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Transit time for freight shipments may take up to 7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
• Flat rate freight shipping prices generated by eBay apply to commercially zoned addresses only with access to a dock or forklift and ability to accommodate a semi-truck.
• Locations without a dock or forklift may require an additional liftgate service fee. This must be specified at the time of purchase.
• Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to purchase, as residential deliveries typically cost more than commercial deliveries.
• Buyers may also pick up freight shipments from a local freight terminal. If this option is selected, we will provide the nearest terminal location and contact information. Buyer must bring proper identification and equipment for pickup.
• A valid phone number and, if applicable, business name are required for all freight shipments.
• If the delivery location does not meet commercial delivery requirements, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before purchase.
• If the buyer does not respond to the freight carrier or misses a scheduled delivery appointment, additional redelivery fees may apply depending on shipment size and weight.
• All freight shipments must be inspected before signing for delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged, delivery must be refused and the carrier notified immediately. Items accepted and signed for as delivered may not qualify for a shipping damage claim or refund.
All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.
All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
