Up for sale is a vintage Marantz PMD221 Portable 3-Head Cassette Recorder.

This is a classic, highly regarded portable recorder known for its robust build and high-quality audio capabilities. This unit features a 3-head design, manual/ALC record modes, pitch control, and a classic VU meter.

Condition Details (Please Read Before Bidding/Buying):

Untested: This unit is being sold completely as-is / untested because I do not have the proper setup to test its functionality.

It does NOT include a power plug/AC adapter. According to the manufacturer label on the bottom (see pictures), it requires either a DC 4.5V adapter, three (3) "D" size batteries, or a Marantz RB430 rechargeable battery pack. Batteries and power cords are NOT included.

The unit is in good cosmetic condition with some light, normal signs of wear from age and handling. Please closely review the pictures and do not hesitate to reach out to me if any questions.
