Winston VSL 590-4 Fly Rod – 9ft 5wt 4pc – Made in USA
This is a Winston VSL 590-4 fly rod, a versatile 9ft 5wt model built in the USA.
The original tube and rod sock are included. The tube shows light cosmetic scuffs from storage and handling. The rod sock has a handwritten model designation from a previous owner.
The cork grip shows light signs of use. There are a few filled cork pits visible, but these are original factory-filled pits rather than later repairs. The wood reel seat remains in very good condition. The metal hardware shows minor handling marks. The butt cap has scuffs and some plating wear.
The blank shows light surface marks and cosmetic rubs visible in the photos, but there are no deep scratches, cracks, structural damage, or repairs. All sections are full length and the rod remains fully functional and ready for fishing.
