An Exceptional & very rare pair of Sterling Silver Limited edition Elizabeth ll silver Jubilee  Magnum / Champagne / wine bottle coasters. 

Superb quality and beautifully made, fully matching pair in the form of a coronet, the gallery sides exterior are engraved with EIIR under the Royal Crown ( Queen Elizabeth official seal ) and the Royal Emblem Crown and Latin logo ) plus the central boss with the presentation inscription ‘ The Queen’s Silver Jubilee 1952- 1977 ‘

Both coaster have identical Hallmarks Assayed in Sheffield 1977, both coasters have the limited edition number : one stamped with 110-250 & the other 111-250, 

Mapping & Webb Ltd only produced 250 Limited Edition's Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee

Features a very nice polished oak wooden base, complimented by a sterling silver presentation central Boss disk ( Hallmarked ) with an immaculate & quality green baize Glide ( Under base ) 

Both coasters Come with the Original Luxury fitted Mappin & Webb Cases, they are large and hard cases covered in a Royal Blue Leatherette stamped with the Royal Warrant in Gold on the lid, Dark royal blue fitted velvet interior with a cream satin lining also stamped with the Royal Warrant in gold , Both cases are in immaculate condition.

This pair would have cost a small fortune when purchased from Mappin & Webb Ltd

Condition

Excellent / superb condition, No dents, dints or scratches, fully Hallmarked . Beautiful polished oakwood bases in as new condition no Scratches or marks, central silver boss disk is immaculate.

Green Baize / felt immaculate condition.

There is some thinning to the gold / gilt on top of the coronets upper tiers, obviously caused by polishing, Doesn’t detract from this pairs beauty in any way.

These coaster must of been display / cabinet pieces or stored somewhere very safe and sound, they are in amazing as new condition.

These stunning Limited Edition Coasters are both in wonderful condition, they are Vintage (54 years old)  they may show some signs of age although with this pair they would be very light, 

Both Original Mappin & Webb fitted cases are in immaculate condition, no damage whatsoever.
