This NCE Procab is from an estate sale and is in excellent condition as shown in the photos. It is not labeled with any model numbers so it is not clear whether this one has the wireless capability.
It has new batteries installed and powers up, please see the photos. On powerup a screen appears briefly that says NCE PROCAB V1.3 CAB ADDRESS = 02. Then it stops at the screen that says RADIO V1.5B. It stays on that screen and no further testing is possible, probably because it is not connected to a command unit.
