This sweet little turtle paper weight is in great condition no issues. No scratches chips or even flea bites. It's signed on the bottom by Fenton I had difficulty capturing it. The turtle glows green under a black light. I also couldn't capture a representation of the glow either. It's there and so pretty. Enjoy.
