This Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring goblet featuring Frodo the Hobbit was made in China in 2001 and distributed by Burger King. Made of clear glass, it has raised lettering "THE LORD OF THE RINGS THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING DECEMBER 2001"and an image of Frodo.
The goblet itself is about 6 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches in diameter at the top rim. A separate base is still in the original unopened bag inside the original box. The base can be attached and lights up using 2 AG 13 1.5 volt batteries.
The box is about 6 x 3-3/4 x 3-1/2 inches and is printed with a movie photo gallery, info about Frodo and all four character goblets that were made in this series.
A nod to the magical and mythical world created by J.R.R. Tolkien, it would make a great addition to a collection of Lord Of The Rings memorabilia. The goblet, attachable ring, and box are in very good condition - and ready to use, add to a collection, or display all on its own.
