Honda ATC250ES BigRed LED Headlight Kit Fits 1985-1987 250cc

12V LED Headlight With 3D Printed Mount that allows the aftermarket LED Lamp to be bolted in the OEM Headlight Case. The Mount Has Nuts Built in ( Nut Part Number For replacement is Napa 665-1304 M8x1.25 U Nut, Hilman Brand U Nut will also work ) , buyer will supply M8 1.25X30mm Bolts or request 2 with your order.

We have 3 different versions of this product available,

#1 as shown in the photos with no seal.  When installed looks simple and clean 

#2 Small flat seal that goes between the Lamp and headlight case.  Helps keep water and dust from entering the headlight case.

#3 1 peice trim that surrounds the lense flange for a cleaner look ( trim color can be black or you can request other colors ) if you request #3 you will be redirected to another listing as the trim adds extra cost. It looks like it was meant to be there. Keeps the LED Lamp protected as it covers the seam where the lense is glued to the aluminum case.

Instrustions - Mounts in Place of OEM Headlight Lamp.  Longer Hardware is required M8X30mm ( Bolts not included , you can request 2 Generic bolts with your order or source your own. ) You can use Honda Part Number 90133-MB0-000 To Retain the Factory Look.
