 1. Mandatory Fuel System Bleeding Procedure:
Do not torque down the injector fully on the initial drop. Keep the high-pressure fuel line union slightly cracked open and clear of electrical connection blockings. Crank the starter engine in brief 2-3 second bursts until pure, bubble-free diesel fuel flows steadily from the joint line. Once the air pocket is completely purged, torque the fuel line union to factory spec, secure the retention clamp bolt, snap on the electrical harness, and start the engine.

 2. Zero IMA Coding Required (Plug & Play Calibration):

This premium component is precision-calibrated to standard OE baseline specifications, meaning NO MANUAL 20-DIGIT IMA CODE PROGRAMMING IS REQUIRED. It is a true plug-and-play replacement core.
