Since I have several of these, there can be some variations between the photos.  I have taken front and back photos of 5 of these to give you an idea of the variations.  I have sorted out the worst of these, but some possible condition issues include

- Very minor warping of the plastic coin

- Very slight elongation of the coin

- Differences in the plastic color due to different batches or different aging of the coin

- Some might have plastic molding residue around the edges

- Minor dirt in the recesses.

 Sales tax token were used in certain states to allow collecting tax on small sales amounts.  

These usually by themselves and not in a coin holder.
