Notes

• Please note that the air tube(not included) should be intact. Before connecting this product, ventilation should be carried out to blow away any dirt inside the air tube. The connection with this product should be secure and sealed.
• Please note that the pipeline pressure should be maintained at 0.63Mpa and purified. If the pressure is too high, it will aggravate wear and affect the service life of the machine. If the pressure is too low, the efficiency will decrease.
• Please note that the pipeline should be equipped with three major components: an air-water filter, a pressure-regulating valve, and an oil mist device(all not included). When the pipeline is not equipped with an oil mist device, lubricating oil must be injected into the connecting pipe hole 3-4 times per shift. 20 engine oil can be used in summer, and 10 engine oil can be used in winter.
• During operation, the tamping machine should be as perpendicular as possible to the tamping surface and should not be used horizontally or in reverse to prevent premature wear of the piston and cylinder body, which may affect its service life.
• Strictly prevent the tamping hammer from colliding with the sandbox or hard objects. Do not litter this tamping machine to avoid bending the piston rod and affecting normal use.
• When a malfunction occurs, it is prohibited to disassemble it on site (referring to unclean areas), and it should be promptly sent to the repair department for maintenance.
• When working, attention should be paid to firmly connecting the connecting sleeve to the cylinder body. If looseness is found, adjustments should be made to ensure performance. The adjustment method is to first remove the retaining spring, retract the anti-loosening ring, tighten the connecting sleeve and cylinder connection thread, and then push the anti-loosening ring to the appropriate position to make its end clutch teeth mesh with the end clutch teeth of the connecting sleeve. Install the retaining spring.
• If the machine is not used for a short period of time, it should be placed in a clean place to prevent dust from falling into the machine. If the machine is not used for a long time, the inlet valve of the pipeline should be closed first and then the exhaust pipe should be discharged. Inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the machine, run slowly for a few seconds, and then clean the outside before placing it; When cleaning the area and not using the machine for a long time, the compactor should be disassembled, and all parts should be cleaned and dried with clean kerosene. After assembly, lubricating oil should be applied, and the surface should be wiped clean coated with anti-rust oil, and stored properly.
• During the use of this machine, it should be maintained once a week. Each time, the machine should be disassembled, and all parts should be cleaned and dried with clean kerosene. Lubricating oil should be applied. If worn or damaged parts are found, they should be replaced promptly. After assembly, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be injected for work testing. Only after normal operation can it be delivered for use.
