Application
It can be used to make flexible, removable partial dentures for dentistry, clinics, hospitals, factories, and so on.
How to Install
- Screw the three extension rods correspondingly.
- Place the type box on the bottom plate of the heat press.
- Put the heating barrel into the heating furnace above the temperature control box.
- Put the invisible glue in the heating barrel (it is better to apply high-temperature oil on the invisible glue to facilitate the rewinding of the material skin).
How to Use
- Turn on the power after installation.
- Set the heating temperature (factory setting: 548.6℉) and holding time (factory setting: 480 seconds).
- After hearing the tone, move the heating barrel together with the invisible rubber to the type box, put the top material block, and rotate the three extension rods until the die-casting is completed.
- After the die-casting is completed, the material skin should be withdrawn as soon as possible, so as not to be badly handled after cooling down.
