The Vintage Osborne Token Change Maker Machine by Lantz-Phelps is a rare, early 20th-century antique coin-operated device manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio. Produced during an era when local mills, coal mines, and transit lines relied heavily on proprietary metal scrip, these machines served as mechanical registers and token dispensers. This vintage mechanical dispenser was designed to quickly release specific tokens or coins, often used in arcades, laundromats, and amusement parks.

These are commonly associated with the Osborne Coinage Company, America's oldest private mint, which has been manufacturing custom tokens and coins for centuries.
