Vintage 1950s Cimier De Luxe Swiss Made Military Dial Watch | Manual, Black Dial, Red Seconds Hand

Up for auction or sale is a highly collectible vintage 1950s Cimier "De Luxe" mechanical wristwatch. This watch showcases a fantastic mid-century military aesthetic, complete with a stark black dial, bold numerals, and an eye-catching red center sweep second hand. It is mounted on a stylish black alligator/crocodile grain leather strap.

Condition: Currently ticking and running, though it has not been tested for long-term timekeeping accuracy or power reserve. The case has significant wear with noticeable pitting and plating wear on the gold-toned bezel ring and lugs that exposes the base metal underneath. The dial and text remain beautifully crisp and highly legible against the black background, protected by a domed acrylic crystal that is clear and in great condition.
