This is a mint in pack Demon Jiggler from the 1970s with a header card that calls it a Dangling Spider and Dangling Bat. This is from the same company that put out the Scary Creature jigglers in similar bags and I suppose they ran out of Scary Creatures header cards.

I purchased a small bunch of these from Asia many years ago on Ebay. This is the last of what I have to sell.

The figure is about 3" tall with a 4 1/4" wingspan. .The package is 5 3/4" tall from top to bottom.
