Unconditional Return Policy
We offer an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of item receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition. If the return is not due to a defect and the item is as described, the buyer will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Information & Buyer Responsibilities: We adhere strictly to international law and eBay policy. Therefore, we cannot undervalue items or mark them as "gifts" on customs documentation. Any request for such actions will be respectfully declined. All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
However, for certain items shipped to the United States, import duties may already be collected at the time of purchase through eBay’s system. In such cases, the buyer will not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Should an item be returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties or a failure to comply with local regulations, we regret that we cannot issue any refund, replacement, or reshipment.
