This is a used DY-28, manufactured in 2021 and modeled after the Martin D-28. It arrived in excellent condition with very little signs of use.
It features an all-solid wood construction with a spruce top, rosewood sides and back (a classic combination), a mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, a 645mm scale length, a 42mm nut width, and Gotoh tuners. The neck is straight, and there is plenty of adjustment range in the truss rod.
The string height is adjusted to approximately 2.5mm on the 6th string side and 1.7mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret. Thanks to the slim V-neck with a 42mm nut width, it's comfortable to play even for those with small hands.
There is no visible fret wear. There are some minor scratches on the back of the body that are only visible under light.
The original hard case is included, but it has a cigarette odor. Spec.
