CD: G+, The packaging has a paper sleeve to hold the CD. So, it's common for the CD to have wear.
Case: G+, wear, some wear by the stapes that hold the booklet, some of the inside paper is a little wavy (moisture / humidity, I don't see any staining). The pages on the inside of the booklet look great.
This will ship in a box. I will put the disc in a slim jewel case.
