Struck during the transition towards German unification (following Prussia's victory in the Austro-Prussian War of 1866), this coin represents the dominant military and economic power of Prussia under King William I (Wilhelm I), who would later become the first German Emperor in 1871. At MS 62, this coin is in Choice Uncirculated condition. It retains strong original mint luster and sharp, crisp details.
