CONDITION: Brand new, opened for photographs and to test (tape removed from foam and re-sealed.) No box damage.

  • I aim to reply to messages within 24 hours. I probably won’t respond after 9~10pm.
  • No RESERVES or HOLDS.
  • Payment through ebay only, even for collection only items (cash on collection is no longer supported by ebay)
  • I can only ship to your registered ebay address. If you need me to post to a different address, please request to cancel the order and I can re-list the item for you to buy using the correct address.
  • I post 2~3x per week. If you need something quickly, please message BEFORE buying – I can usually accommodate these requests! I usually reduce dispatch time to "within 1 day" in December.
  • UK SHIPPING: I use ebay's "Simple Delivery" system for almost all items. Ebay determine the shipping charges and provide me with a shipping label; I can't see or control what they charge, but they usually offer at least two different shipping methods.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I use ebay’s Global Shipping Programme only - I can’t control (or even see) how much they charge. Ebay collect all applicable taxes at point of sale, so you shouldn't have to pay anything extra on delivery.
  • I accept offers on most items as long as the best offer option is visible! Please don’t message me asking for my “lowest” or “best” price. The listed price is my best price.
  • I cross-list a lot of things on other platforms so listings might end suddenly.
  • Buyers who cancel orders after paying will be blocked. I don’t sell to or accept messages from buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
  • Unpaid items will be cancelled after 4 days. If you simply need a bit more time to pay PLEASE message me!
  • I don’t accept “change of mind” returns and I include detailed measurements on all clothing listings so I can’t accept a return if something doesn’t fit. If there are any problems with an item upon receipt (undisclosed faults, damage during delivery, item hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe etc.) please let me know before leaving feedback so I can try to help!
  • Smoke-free home; I have a short-haired dog who isn't generally allowed upstairs where my clothes are kept. I'm currently photographing ebay items in a location away from my home, and once I've photographed something to sell, it goes in its own plastic bag to keep it safe until it's sold. I can't guarantee everything will be hair/allergen-free but I'm extremely thorough!
