Our TR10-12C A/C line repair kit is the quick, easy and economical way to repair your leaking A/C lines. With our kits, all you need is a tube cutter and standard wrenches to complete an A/C line repair.  

• Kit fits 5/8" outside diameter A/C tube and is 12" long.

•          Actual measurement from end of fitting to end of fitting, will be Approximately 2 inches longer than Repair length, due to the tube insertion of approximately one inch of tube into the fittings. We account for the fittings for you, you only need to worry about 12" removal of tube.

• Comes assembled, ready to use with instillation instructions and emery cloth to clean line to be repaired
• Available in custom lengths, 6" - unlimited length (Whole inch only)
• Flexible hose, can be used in straight, curved, or angled sections of line.

•          ***Does not bend as sharply as Aluminum. *** Extra length for tight bend areas is recommended***

• Available in standard sizes: 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" outside diameter tubes.
• Available in metric sizes: 8mm, 12mm, and 14.5mm outside diameter tube.

We accept returns on items within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be in new, uninstalled condition. Restocking/repackaging fees may apply. Products are warranted for one year from date of sale to the original customer against defects in workmanship and materials providing the installation and use of these products are in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applications. The manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to repair or replace at the manufactures option. The product provided it is returned transportation prepaid within one year within date of sale to original customer. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage, improper alterations or handling, or by any other conditions beyond our control, are excluded from this warranty. Warranty covers the part purchased from Auto Cooling Solutions only, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
