The box is not sealed with cellophane, but the game cartridge has never been used, and it is all in very good condition. There is a small crease at one edge (see photo 12), and a tiny tear at one corner (see photo 13), but that's all that is preventing it from being in perfect condition.
The game was sent to a game reviewer in 2002, (and arrived without a seal), but his friend (and also a game reviewer) was also sent a copy, and so they both used the same copy to test for review purposes, leaving this one in its original state!
